Culture at Work

Very good material on how Netflix thinks about its people. I really like a lot of the thoughts in this material. About culture and the importance of getting the very best people working on their problems. I really liked the concept that if you are just an average contributor, then perhaps it is time to move on somewhere else. Something to think hard about.

  1. Amazing presentation. It took me 3 days to completely digest the content. Very impressed by the culture at Netflix.

    - The best managers figure out how to get great outcomes by setting the appropriate context, rather than by trying to control their people

  3. It would be interesting to see how much of this could be applied at Seagate.
